Hello All!

Alright, here's a little update on my life, my ideas, and my spiritual path. I graduated from college (woo!), and I still like trees and flowers and long walks on the beach.

My views and ideas have changed somewhat (as they should) through the last year. While I still find some aspects of Buddhism useful and part of my spiritual practice, but some of the esoteric traditions aren't that interesting. I'm very interested in shamanism, dreaming, and I'm now working myself up to lucid dreaming.

I love every part of my life. I have a beautiful family, great friends, good health and a long time to learn more about this world we  live in. Life may be a dream, and we are all trapped in illusion, but at least its an illusion we can appreciate.

I suggest reading “Integral Spirituality” by Ken Wilber. Read it, understand its message, and try to use its wisdom to help progress your spiritual practice.

If anyone is interested in probing some of the depths of their mind I would look into Hemi-Sync gateway experience. I wrote a little bit in my blog about how I've used it so far, and I'm barely scratching the surface.

Remember, every day, everything, every thought and moment, matter in some way. Dont waste a single one!
